The setting is well suited to those who prefer to do nothing at all, as all of nature is on hand to entertain. The garden ( around an acre ) is well fenced and safe for children. You can pour yourself a little something and relax !

Just in case you feel more active some thought has been given to this with, badminton/volleyball net, petanque, table tennis, pool, 5 bikes, 4 man canoe and if this is not enough there is a 500' cliff to abseil down/climb up and a paragliding/hang-gliding take-off point. Holiday Activities nearby

The caves at Peche Merle have real 12,000 year old paintings and you can canoe on the river Cele too. There are tennis courts and swimming pools ( some with chutes ), horse riding, cycling and walking. The GR (grande randonee, a footpath ) 65, one of the pilgrim routes to Santiago del Compostella, is nearby, and offers beautiful ridgetop walks with hostelries for lunch at frequent intervals ! Alternatively step out onto the footpath outside the back gate. It leads on to miles of walking and riding footpaths and tracks. There's fishing on the river Lot ( temporary licence required ). If you're especially interested in fishing we have a one hectare private camping on Lake Pareloup, the part that is a fish 'Reserve' . Lake Pareloup is 1hr 20 mins away and is big, as big as Poole harbour for example.  Seasoned potholers/divers can explore the Ressel, the March Piere & Trocis Madame.
